What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Glenn Ouye, met with the applicant to verify completion of final required items to complete the licensing process. LPA Ouye verified that the following has been completed: Complete toilet install in toddler bathroom Remove staples in walls in rear classroom Install additional wood chips in preschool outdoor activity area to provide fall protection. Reinstall gate and fencing in the outdoor activity area. Provide all follow up document to complete the application. The facility has met the licensing requirements and the preschool license with the toddler option is approved today (July 29, 2022) for 30 preschool children, six of which may be in the toddler option.
