An unannounced case management visit to the facility was made by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Y. Yang for the purpose of delivering an approved waiver to the facility and providing technical assistance. During today\342\200\231s visit, the LPA met with the site supervisor, Bobbi Cardenas and area director, Paige Newton. The facility\342\200\231s licensee has requested a waiver to allow preschool-age CRPUSD and SCOE students with exceptional needs to mainstream in the shared outdoor activity areas and shared indoor activity areas with children from this facility. A copy of this approved waiver shall be posted in a prominent location by the facility\342\200\231s main entrance. This report was read and reviewed with the site supervisor, Bobbi Cardenas and area director, Paige Newton. There were no Title 22 violations cited during today's case management visit. The Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days.
