What the inspector wrote

A follow up case management visit was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Y. Yang and J. Clark to follow up on a lead testing/ exceedance deficiency at the facility. The LPAs met with the licensee, Cary Rich today. The original visit to the facility was made on 09/16/25. The inspection was made in response to water lead testing results received from the California State Water Resource Control Board. Any other sources of water that were tested measured below the allowable level of 5.5ppb. The licensee informed the LPA that the faucet was remediated and retested on 12/03/25 and the results were provided to the LPA on 12/24/25. The faucet retested below the allowable level of 5.5ppb and the deficiency has been cleared. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
