On 08/05/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA), Sebastian Phouthaovong made an unannounced Case Management visit to verify that facility\342\200\231s backyard in-ground swimming pool being completely removed. Previously on 07/30/2025, Licensee notified the department of the change. Today LPA met with Licensee, Tiffany Johnson, who was informed of the purpose of today's visit. During today's inspection, LPA toured the facility inside and out. Licensee and assistant were supervising 10 daycare children and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. LPA observed the backyard in-ground swimming pool to be completely removed and filled with a dirt. LPA requested Licensee to submit an updated facility sketch reflecting the change. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Tiffany Johnson. There were no Title 22 deficiencies cited during today's inspection.
