On 09/26/24, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Anita Tristan and Valentin Hernandez arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced Case Management Incident Inspection. LPAs met with Director of Operations, Marsha Holbrook. LPA toured the facility, and a census was taken. The purpose of today's inspection was regarding an unusual incident that was reported to the Fresno Childcare Regional Office on 09/18/2024. On 09/16/2024 staff #1 posted a picture at 6:00am on the classroom app (CLASS DOJO) displaying children working on an activity, in the background of the picture child #1 was using the restroom. Staff reported that parent of child #1 was the only parent to see the picture, called staff #1 and informed her of the background. Staff #1 immediately removed and deleted the picture from the app. LPAs, director, and staff discussed facilities policies and procedures. Director provided training documentation showing staffs retraining on the photo policies. Director stated that all pictures will be submitted to upper management for review and approval before being posted on the app. Child #1 has not returned to the facility. There have been no further issues. This appears to be an isolated incident and staff took appropriate measures to address the staff, following appropriate policies, regulations, and reporting requirements. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director of Operations, Marsha Holbrook . Appeal rights were provided and discussed. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
