Facility-requested visit·November 28, 2022

On November 28, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) C Brannon met with Center Supervisor, Calletana Felix. Today's inspection is a follow up for inspection conducted on November 7, 2022. Licensee, Central California Child Development Services, is requesting a decrease in the toddler option capacity to 16 and a decrease for preschool capacity to 100. A tour of the center was conducted both inside and outside. A census was taken during today's inspection. This program will operate year-round in preschool classrooms 4,5,6 and 10. In classroom 3, the migrant program runs from April to November. Classroom 11 is the toddler option, which is divided into two classrooms. The toddler option has two outside play yards. There is several outside storage sheds for facility to store items. This facility will provide full-time from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. The following items must be completed prior to issuing a license. Licensee shall provide a photograph of items and of latching components installed. Classroom 4 \342\227\217 All items listed during previous inspection on November 7, 2022, has been corrected. Classroom 5 \342\227\217 Anchor play refrigerator has not been completed. \342\227\217 All other items listed during previous inspection on November 7, 2022, has been corrected. Classroom 6 \342\227\217 All items listed during previous inspection on November 7, 2022, has been corrected. CONTINUED ON FOLLOWING PAGE Classroom 10 \342\227\217 Anchor one shelving unit has not been completed. All other item listed during previous inspection on November 7, 2022, has been corrected. Classroom 11 \342\200\223 Toddler option classrooms \342\227\217 All items listed during previous inspection on November 7, 2022, has been corrected. Outside Play Area \342\227\217 The two toddler play structures require the appropriate age sticker. LPA has copy of an email stating that the stickers have been mailed to facility on 11/21/2022. \342\227\217 All other items listed during previous inspection on November 7, 2022, has been corrected. Pending a final file review and completion of above items, a recommendation will be made to license the above facility for the requested capacity of 100 preschool and 16 toddler option children.
