What the inspector wrote

P er California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, this deficiency is cited on the attached LIC 9099D. An exit interview conducted with Site Supervisor Juan Vasquez. A copy of this report and Appeal Rights were provided and discussed with Site Supervisor. A Notice of Site Visit Form shall be posted and must remain posted for 30 days.

All foods shall be selected, transported, stored, prepared and served so as to be free from contamination and spoilage and shall be fit for human consumption..This requirement was not met as evidenced by: LPA inspected the kitchen, refrigerator, and pantry which revealed several expired food items.
