On 03/19/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anita Tristan arrived at the facility to conducted an unannounced Case Management- Incident Inspection. LPA met with Lead Teacher, Jeanette Gonzalez, toured the facility inside and out and a census was taken. The purpose of today's inspection was regarding an unusual incident that was reported to the Fresno Childcare Regional Office on 03/05/2024. On 03/01/2024, child #1 and child #2 were on top of slide when child #2 pulled child #1 down into a sitting position. During today\342\200\231s inspection LPA Tristan observed 12 children and 3 teachers eating lunch and preparing for nap time. LPA Tristan interviewed staff, took pictures of play structure, and obtained documents.
