During the outdoor inspection, LPA observed a step-up Pump & Splash Shady Oasis play structure that had build-up dirt, dust, rained water from over the weekend, a small kitchen play structure had build-up dirt and dust, and a large blue tar cover that had build-up dirt and dust hanging on the fence of the playground. LPA observed that the daycare children have access to the play structures and the tar cover. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
