On 8/21/23 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joseph Pacheco conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA met with Site Supervisor, Nou Xiong, toured the inside of the facility and conducted a census. LPA explained to Site Supervisor that the purpose of today's inspection was to gather information and observe portable toilets the facility utilizes for its toddler option component. Facility is currently licensed for 45 preschool children and 18 toddler option children. LPA observed a total of three toilets, three portable toilets and five sinks/hand washing fixtures in the facility Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Site Supervisor, Nou Xiong. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
