What the inspector wrote

On 06/27/2024 Associate Governmental Program Analyst (APGA) Araceli Gibson and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Aurelio Mendoza conducted an unannounced case management inspection and were informed by means of interviews that a new recent direction was provided to staff to change children while napping. A tour of the facility was performed, and a census was taken. AGPA Gibson and LPA Mendoza provided consultation support to Licensee Director Brenda and best practices were reviewed with regards to adhering to the personal rights of children while they are napping, please see technical assistance advisory. Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency was cited. An exit interview was conducted with Director Brenda Cabrera. A copy of Appeal Rights was provided during today\342\200\231s visit.
