What the inspector wrote

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid. There is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur; therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiency is being cited during today\342\200\231s inspection. Licensee Chandara Sunder was provided with a copy of appeal rights. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Chandara. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
