Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 08/08/2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeovanna Yanez arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced complaint inspection. The purpose of the inspection was to explain the allegations and deliver investigation findings. LPA met with Licensee, Connie Vasquez, and took a census. Investigator Maria Barragan conducted the investigation, which included review of facility records, local law enforcement records, medical records, and interviews with licensee, parents, children, and other law enforcement officials. Based on the investigation conducted, the following has been determined: Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiency was cited. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee, Connie Vasquez, and appeal rights were provided.
