The total licensed capacity for a Large Family Child Care Home shall not exceed 14 children. This requirement was not met as evidenced by the licensee having 15 children at one time on 8/2/21 and 8/11/21, as demonstrated on the sign in/sign out sheet(s) provided by the licensee. This is an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
