What the inspector wrote

On 06/30/22 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Araceli Gibson conducted an unannounced complaint inspection met with Eveilia Ruiz, Licensee to provide findings regarding the above allegations. During the course of the investigation LPA Gibson observed the facility, the 8 passenger vehicle used for transporting, 2 booster seats for children who utilize them. facility records, interviewed staff, and parents. Investigation revealed the following: Based on the investigation, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the licensee does not provide safe transportation to children while in care. In addition, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove tha Evelia Ruiz, Licensee or staff are not transporting daycare children safely to and from school. Both have current driver's licenses and the vehicle used for transporting was found to have two booster chairs for two children who need them. The other two children are older school age children who do not require them. Although these allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove the alleged violations occurred; therefore, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. Per California Code of Regulations Title 22 Division 12 Chapter 3 no deficiencies are being cited. Notice of Site to be posted for 30 days.
