What the inspector wrote

On 05/28/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Xona Xayavong conducted an unannounced Case Management \342\200\223 Other inspection and met with Licensee Claudia Cali. Licensee\342\200\231s assistant was also present. LPA explained the purpose of this inspection was to confirm adult #1 (A1) is not present at the facility. LPA went over the Exemption Denial paperwork and answer any questions that Licensee had. LPA ensured that Licensee understood the exemptional denial for A1. License confirmed that A1 is currently not present at the facility. Licensee stated A1 resides at the home but is not present during daycare hours. LPA also inspected the facility inside and outside and confirmed that A1 was not present. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiency is being cited during today\342\200\231s inspection. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Claudia Cali. Appeal rights were provided. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
