What the inspector wrote

On 08/06/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ka Vang conducted an unannounced case management \342\200\223 licensee initiated inspection. LPA met with licensee Lisebet Garcia. Also present was licensee's assistant. LPA toured the facility indoor and outdoor, and a census was taken. The purpose of today's inspection was to inspect the \342\200\234off-limits\342\200\235 backyard that was recently added to the Facility Sketch Floor Plan (LIC999A). LPA obtained a copy of the updated facility sketch backyard plan. During today\342\200\231s inspection, LPA observed the outdoor play area in the backyard is fenced and there is no hazard present to the children in care. LPA did not observe any bodies of water on the premises, including in-ground or above-ground pool. LPA observed there were age appropriate toys, children\342\200\231s tricycles, sensory sand table and Little Tikes Playset structure on the grass area. There is a patio cover that provides adequate shade for the children during outdoor play. The children in care will utilize the sliding door between the kitchen and living room to access the backyard. Effective today, 08/06/2025, the facility may begin using the back yard for children in care. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were cited during today\342\200\231s inspection. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Lisbeth Garcia. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
