On 2/1/2023 at 9:20am a Case Management inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Laura Chavez and met with licensee's assistant Maria Aguilar de Sanchez. The inspection is made in response to the licensee having a fence installed around the pool. The fence is a 5 foot mesh fence which does not obscure the pool from view. The gate swings away from the pool, self-closes and has a self-latching device located no more than six inches from the top of the gate. LPA informed licensee's assistant that the fence must be in good repair at all times. No deficiencies were cited during today's visit. All licensing reports are public information and must be made available upon request for at least three years. Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days from today's visit.
