What the inspector wrote

At 2:46pm LPA Friese interviewed S1 who stated that they had been tending to 2 children in the swing directly next to C1 when they fell from the swing. Though S1 did not see the fall directly as their back was turned, they immediately realized that C1 was hurt and called the licensee from indoors. The licensee comforted C1, iced the leg and notified their parent immediately. S1 indicated that they were supervising 4 children on the other side of the half wall when the alleged inappropriate behavior occurred. S1 stated that it was not inappropriate, and that the door is difficult to close and loud when it does. S1 reported that the children were unbothered by the exchange. During the inspection on 11/25/24 LPA Friese observed the door to be swollen and difficult to close without slamming it, and that visibility would not be possible for children on the other side of the half wall. At 3:30pm, LPA Friese attempted to interview 3 children, (C2-C4) but did not obtain any information regarding the allegations. On 12/10/24, 5 parents were interviewed. All reported that their children are happy with Jasmeena and her assistant, and none of them had concerns about inappropriate behavior or supervision. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred, therefore the findings are unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Jasmeena Contreras. Appeal rights were provided. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
