Facility-requested visit·May 15, 2025

On 05/15/25 at 9:00am Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Bianca Mendez and Erica Laird visited the facility for a case management inspection for an additional classroom, and met with facility representative Amanda Rico. LPAs inspected the additional classroom to be added into the licensed capacity at the facility. LPAs observed age-appropriate toys, play equipment, napping equipment, and furniture in the classroom. Fire clearance was approved on 04/17/25, and received by CCLD. Facility will be adding classroom 4 for the toddlers and based on measurements sinks and toilets, the classroom will be able to have up to 15 toddlers in the classroom. Facility did not request for a capacity increase. There were no deficiencies cited during today\342\200\231s inspection. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights were provided. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed facility representative.
