On 09/30/25 at 8:20am, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Sydney Sims. At 9:35am the home was toured inside and outside. The off-limits areas of the home are whole home except the day care room and back yard , and were made inaccessible by baby gate. The children use the back yard and front yard as the outdoor play area and both are fully fenced. There is an in ground pool in the back yard. The pool is fully fenced with four foot wire fencing and does not have self latching gate. Licensee has baby gate and locked sliding glass door preventing access to the out door area leading to the pool Licensee also has working pool alarm in place . Two staff records were reviewed at 9:23am There are currently two adults living in the home. The following deficiency was cited: Licensee's fence and gate surrounding in ground pool do not meet CCLD requirements as fence is 4 feet tall and gate is not self latching.
