An informal meeting was conducted with licensee, Lacey Tweedt on 4/21/21 at 10 am, via conference call due to the current state of emergency regarding the COVID-19 outbreak. The meeting was attended by Regional Manager, Jordan Monath, Licensing Program Manager, Megan Aviles and Licensing Program Analyst Carrie Wisehart. The purpose for the meeting was to discuss the citations issued on 3/12/21. Staff qualifications and ratios were discussed with the licensee during today’s meeting. The licensee described ways in which she has hired new staff; restructured her staff scheduling to ensure qualified staff are always providing coverage to maintain title 22 ratios. The licensee has successfully cleared her plan of corrections for all violations cited on 3/12/21. The licensee expressed wanted to work with licensing and maintaining compliance. This report was read and reviewed by licensee.
