What the inspector wrote

On 8/9/23 at 9:09am LPA Mendez and LPA Wheeler conducted a case management and the met with facility representative Tori Prest. The purpose of the visit was to inspect playground and observed new play equipment was recently installed at the facility. LPAs observed that the playground is cushioned wood bark chips and has shade for children outdoors. Facility will open and will start operating on August 16, 2023. No deficiencies were cited during today's visit.
