Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

The licensee opened the refrigerator, and the LPA observed and photographed a variety of food items. The licensee also opened her bedroom door, allowing the LPA to observe and photograph a bed and various women's clothing. The licensee stated that she was doing her personal laundry, and the LPA observed a washer and dryer in use. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with licensee D. Bott. Appeal rights were provided. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
