Three parents were interviewed on 8/14/24 and 8/16/24 and confirmed the allegation that the Licensee has A1 present in the facility while day care children are present and A1 has only verbally interacted with children at the facility but did not confirm that A1 ever provided care for children or was ever left alone with children. P1 \342\200\223 P2 stated the A1\342\200\231s presence at the facility was to visit the Licensee and to pick up the Licensee\342\200\231s child. Parents denied that A2 has ever been inside the facility and stated that A2 only does yard work outside and does not enter the facility when day care children are present. One Witness (W1) was interviewed on 8/16/24 and denied the allegation stating that C1 was not providing care for the day care children and only went over to the facility to only play with the children in care while on summer break. The Witness had no knowledge of the allegation that the Licensee has uncleared adults at the facility as W1 does not visit the facility during day care hours. During today\342\200\231s inspection, the facility was toured and LPA observed three children in care. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging, that Uncleared adults are present with day care children, and Licensee allows an underage assistant. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated.
