On 1/26/2022, An unannounced Annual Random visit was conducted today by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jose Penate. LPA met with Site Supervisor, Erika Rosique and toured the facility, both indoors and outdoors. This facility runs year around, Monday-Friday 5:00AM to 5:00PM. Classroom #804-#805-#809-#810-#811 accommodates the preschool age children and classroom #803 accommodates toddler children. The toddler restroom has a changing table that meets regulations, it also has a changing table that has a sink at arm’s reach. There are no bodies of water on site. Firearms/weapons are not allowed or stored on premises. All children are under supervision, including visual supervision, of a teacher at all times. There is a ratio of one teacher supervising no more than 12 children in attendance. Disinfectants, cleaning solutions and other dangerous items shall be inaccessible to children. No poisons were observed during today’s visit. All materials and surfaces accessible to children are toxic free. All toilets, hand washing, and bathing facilities are in safe and sanitary operating conditions. All floors are clean and safe. Furniture and equipment are in good condition, free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. The facility offers breakfast, lunch and a PM snack, that are delivered from elementary cafeteria. Menus are posted at least one week in advance, where an authorized representative can view them. All food is protected from contamination, and contaminated food is discarded immediately. Solid waste storage vessels, including moveable bins, have tight-fitting covers on, and are in good repair. Continued on LIC 809-C Uncontaminated drinking water is available both indoors and outdoors. Each classroom has disposable cups that are held in a cup dispenser allowing children to freely drink water at any time. Facility has one or more functioning carbon monoxide detectors that meet statutory requirements. Playground equipment is in good condition. Incidental Medical Services (IMS) is currently not being provided. Licensee is aware that an IMS plan is required to be submitted to the licensing office if they provide any of these services. LPA and Licensee discussed the Community Care Licensing website www.ccld.ca.gov which will provide access to Provider Information Notices (PINs), Quarterly Updates, COVID-19 Information and Resources, Mandated Reporter Training, Safe Sleep in Child Care, Lead Poisoning Facts, Forms and Regulations. Per Title 22, Division 12, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
