Correction check·April 21, 2026

On 04/21/2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Nohemi Sanchez and Jose Ruiz conducted a Plan of Correction inspection. LPAs met with Site Supervisor Erika Rosique, who accompanied LPAs on a tour of the facility and a census was taken. The purpose of today’s inspection was to verify that the deficiency issued during an annual inspection on 03/02/2026 has been corrected. On 03/02/2026 of Inspection, the facility was issued a one Type B citation for violating California Code of Regulations (CCR) 101429(a)(2)(B) . The citation was issued after LPAs verified that all three infants’ 15-minute sleep logs were incomplete and not documented as required. During the inspection, LPAs confirmed that the Site Supervisor and Lead Teacher had taken corrective actions. Site Supervisor subsequently held a meeting to review the regulation with all staff. LPAs also reviewed 15-minute sleeping logs and confirmed that they were properly conducted and documented in accordance with the regulation. Per Tittle 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were cited during today’s inspection. An exit interview was conducted with Site Supervisor Erika Rosique. A LIC 9212 Notice of Site Visit was provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
