On 08/14/2024 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Nancy Her and Claribel Soto conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. The purpose of the inspection is to inspect and measure the outdoor activity space. On 07/08/2024 Fresno Community Care Licensing was informed that the facility was going to move their fencing in their outdoor area to accommodate the elementary school. On 07/26/2024 Fresno Community Care Licensing was informed that the fence has been completed. During todays inspection, LPAs Nancy Her and Claribel Soto measured the outdoor area. Fencing is at least four feet high. The approximate square footage is 10804, which will accommodate the current capacity of 80 preschool children. Facility representative was reminded that all adults 18 and over responsible for administration or direct supervision of staff, persons who provides care and supervision to children, and staff who have contact with children, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5-days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30-days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated. A notice of site visit was given to facility representative and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. “ Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative Renee Reed.
