Facility-requested visit·January 27, 2026

On 01/27/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Denisia Jimenez conducted a Case Management Inspection of newly added playground at the facility. LPA met with Director, Cheria Doria and toured the facility. Director contacted LPA Jimenez on 01/20/26 to inform LPA Jimenez that the play area was now completed. Upon inspection of the playground, LPA observed various age-appropriate playground equipment for the preschoolers including structure with climbing area which shows a sticker showing age use of 2-5 years old. LPA also observed three handwashing sinks, 3 drinking fountains, and a restroom. The surface of the outdoor activity space is maintained in a safe condition and is free of hazards. Areas around the playground equipment have new sponge turf installed to provide cushion to absorb falls and has shade. The playground also has an outdoor grassy play area and has a bike track. LPA approved the preschool playground equipment and may now be used by the facility effective today 01/27/26. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Cheri Doria. Appeal rights were provided
