Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Diane Mercado observed infant #1 sleeping in a crib in the living room with a blanket covering infant #1. Licensee did not remove blanket until LPA Mercado informed Licensee of safe sleep regulations. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
