Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA tested the smoke alarm located in the hallway and it was not functioning. Licensee stated that it was the only alarm in the home and confirmed the observation. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
