Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed hot water coming out of faucets in the restroom that children use, the floor was wet from flooding of either toilet. The floors needed to be deeply cleaned and vacuumed, basic up keep of the facility needs to be maintained.which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
