What the inspector wrote

Per Title 22 Division 12 Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations the following deficiency is being cited on the attached LIC 9099D. Upon receipt of a Type A violation, licensee shall post and provide copies of this licensing report to parents/guardians of children in care at the facility and to parents/guardians of children newly enrolled at the facility during the next 12 months. A copy of the Fact Sheet - Child Care Parent Notification Requirements and a copy of LIC 9224 was given to licensee. Exit interview conducted with Licensee Cherise Acosta. Notice of Site Visit Form to be posted to parent's board and must remain posted for 30 days. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid. There is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Exit interview conducted with Licensee Cherise Acosta. Licensee did not meet this requirement as evidenced by Licensee did not change a child out of soiled undergarments and was left in soiled underwear around other children for a period of time, which poses an immediate threat to the health, safety or personal rights of the persons in care.
