What the inspector wrote

On 2/10/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Claribel Soto conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection. LPA met with Licensee, Martha Anguiano. LPA toured the facility and took a census. The purpose of today's visit was to inspect the addition that was added to the home that will be used as the daycare room. Daycare room has a kitchen and bathroom. Children will no longer have access to the main house. Families will enter dacycare room through the side gate on the left side of the house. Door to the daycare is facing the backyard. Children will have access to the daycare room, bathroom, kitchen and backyard. LPA received copies of the permits and the approvals. This daycare room meets the description of a safe and healthy environment for children as described in Chapter 3, Division 12, Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations. LPA informed licensee new daycare room will be approved once Department receives fire clearance and updated facility sketch for both the floor plan and the backyard. Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiency was cited during today's visit. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
