Investigation conducted by Community Care Licensing, Investigations Bureau, Investigator Jorge Jauregui, Badge #271. Based on the investigation, the findings with regard to the above allegation are UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that a minor residing in the home was sexually, physically, and/or emotionally abused by any adult(s) in the home. Exit interview conducted with Licensee, Sandra Mariona. No deficiency cited. Notice of Site Visit Form was posted to parents board and will be posted for 30days.
