What the inspector wrote

On 06/10/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Meche Rosales conducted an unannounced complaint inspection at the facility and met with Licensee Deanna. The purpose of this inspection was to deliver the finding for the above-listed complaint allegation. LPA toured the facility and took a census. During the course of the investigation, LPA Rosales conducted interviews with licensee and daycare parents. Based on the information obtained during the investigation, on at least one occasion licensee spoke inappropriately to daycare children. This agency investigated the complaint and has determined that the complaint allegation was SUBSTANTIATED, meaning the preponderance of evidence standard has been met. Per California Code of Regulation, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, deficiency was cited (see LIC 9099-D). An exit interview was conducted with Licensee. Licensee was provided a copy of their appeal rights. A Notice of Site Visit Form was posted on parent's board and must remain posted for 30 days.
