Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 06/10/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Meche Rosales arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced complaint inspection and deliver investigation findings. LPA met with Deanna, a census was taken and a tour of the facility was conducted. During the course of this investigation, LPA Rosales conducted interviews with licensee and daycare parents. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur; therefore, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. Per California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, no deficiency was cited. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee. Licensee was provided a copy of their appeal rights. A Notice of Site Visit Form was posted on parent's board and must remain posted for 30 days.
