Correction check·August 30, 2022

On 8/30/2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ruby Ocegueda conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) Inspection. LPA met with Licensee Alma Nunez to review the POC associated to the deficiency cited on 8/12/2022. LPA toured the facility and a census was taken. LPA inspected the pool gate directly outside of the master bedroom and observed that pool gate was now self-latching. The door to the master bedroom was also made inaccessible by a door knob safety cover and the sliding glass door leading outside was locked. LPA cleared the deficiency on this date. Licensee will receive "Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared\342\200\235 via mail. An Exit interview was conducted with Alma Nunez. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were cited. THIS REPORT SHALL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC UPON REQUEST. LIC 9213 NOTICE OF SITE VISIT FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
