On this date Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Diane Mercado made a case Management inspection. LPA met with Licensee\342\200\231s Silvia and Hugo Garcia. The purpose of today\342\200\231s inspection was to inspect the new addition enclosed patio. Licensees have permits for new addition. A fire clearance was granted by the local fire authority on 12/08/2022. During today\342\200\231s inspection LPA received a new facility sketch and emergency disaster plan. The rooms accessible to children in care are the living room, kitchen, hallway bathroom, bedroom #1 & bedroom #2, enclosed patio, and backyard are used for providing care and are accessible to children. All other rooms are off-limits and made inaccessible by use of plastic door spinners and children safety gate. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiency is being cited. Notice of Site Inspection to be posted for 30 days.
