Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 07/12/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Diane Mercado, conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA met with Licensee, Dulce Meave and also present was staff #1. LPA toured the home inside and outside. The purpose of today's inspection was to inspect the ongoing living room construction. LPA confirmed that this area is inaccessible to children in care by Licensee providing direct supervision to the children at all times and construction room is at the end of the home in the backyard. Licensee is aware that construction workers are not to be left alone with children, and staff are to be present if and when workers are in same room with children. Licensee understands will need to submit copy of the permit issued by City of Dinuba, updated facility sketch, and LIC 279-Application for FCCH License, as the addition/renovation would be considered an \342\200\234update\342\200\235 and gives CCLD an opportunity to check if anything else needs to be updated. Licensee was advised to contact her assigned LPA when near completion so fire clearance can be addressed/ordered. Fire clearance is needed as the structure of the home has changed, and the clearance is for the whole house. This addition requires by CCL prior to be used by children. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiency is being cited. Notice of Site Inspection to be posted for 30 days.
