What Happened

An unannounced annual inspection found the home set up for care with off-limit rooms secured and core safety equipment in working order. The licensee arrived shortly after the visit began, and the analyst reviewed child and staff records, noting a few documentation items that needed attention.

Observations

  • Kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, bedrooms, and living room were used for care, while other rooms were blocked off with baby gates and doorknob covers.
