What the inspector wrote

On 4/30/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Claribel Soto conducted an unannounced Plan Of Correction inspection at the facility for the purpose of verifying corrections for deficiency cited on 3/17/2026 (see LIC 809D for further details). LPA met with licensee Jessica Garcia. A tour of the facility was conducted and census was taken. Today, LPA toured the accessible backyard and verified licensee installed a ASTM Certified Pool Alarm and has completed a daily inspection log for the pool. Today, LPA Soto verified the deficiencies cited on 3/17/2026 were corrected. Licensee understands that she must follow all licensing regulations to ensure the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies were cited today. An exit interview was conducted with licensee Jessica Garcia. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit was provided to licensee and will be posted for 30 days.
