Pre-licensing visit·June 18, 2025

On 06/18/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Nancy Her conducted an announced follow up Pre-Licensing inspection. Upon arrival, LPA met with Applicant Prudy Tanner. The purpose of this inspection is to follow up on corrections from the 05/15/2025 pre-licensing inspection. On 05/15/2025 the following corrections were needed prior to the issuance of the license: \302\267 New fire clearance for 55 children \302\267 Waiver needs to be submitted for shared bathrooms \302\267 Playground needs to be finished \302\267 Canopies need to be installed During today's inspection, LPA observed that grass and sand has been placed in the outdoor areas. Facility has safe and appropriate outdoor play equipment. Facility will be installing two sheds on the playgrounds. Once set up, LPA will deduct area from outdoor square footage. Temporary canopies have been purchased, however due to recent vandalism, they have not been constructed. Facility will construct temporary canopies until a permanent structure can be built. Facility has submitted a bathroom waiver. Facility only has one exclusive bathroom. Facility will be sharing the bathrooms with another facility.
