Pre-licensing visit·June 3, 2025

On 06/03/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nancy Her conducted an announced pre-licensing inspection. Upon arrival, LPA met with Applicant Nancy Munoz. Applicant is requesting to be licensed for 60 preschoolers ages 2 years to 5 years in classrooms 32, 33, and 34. Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 11:15 am. On 03/25/2025, the following was requested to be corrected before licensure: \302\267 Classrooms need to be set up and ready for children. \302\267 Shelving units need to be anchored. \302\267 Solid waste container with a tight fitting lid needs to be in place in all the classrooms. \302\267 Updated 200A with new capacity. \302\267 A waiver if facility will be sharing outdoor area with other classrooms on campus. During today's inspection, LPA observed that these items were corrected. An updated 200A was submitted. All the classrooms are set up and ready for children. All shelving units were anchored. Solid waste containers are in place in the classrooms. A waiver has been submitted to share outdoor area with the other classrooms. A recommendation will be made to license the above facility for the requested capacity of 60 preschool children ages 2-6 upon waiver finalization.
