Facility-requested visit·April 17, 2026

On 04/17/26, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sonja Navarrette conducted an unannounced Case Management – Licensee Initiated visit and met with Licensee Laura Dablan. A tour of the facility was given, and a census was taken. This visit was initiated by the licensee to inspect the front yard, which was previously off-limits, and the licensee now requests to make it accessible for children in care. The current facility sketch was reviewed, and the licensee confirmed that the kitchen, living room, daycare room and hallway bathroom are accessible to children. All other rooms are off-limits and made inaccessible by use of child safety gates. LPA inspected the front yard. The front yard is fully fenced, with a picket fence 3.5 feet in height, and no hazards were observed. The front yard has outdoor furniture. The licensee has movable children’s slides and playhouses that will be placed in the front yard. Licensee ensures that children in care are supervised at all times. The outdoor play yard has been cleared for use by children, effective today, April 17, 2026. Updated facility sketch has been provided to the LPA. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
