Follow-up on corrections·April 16, 2025

On 04/16/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Denisia Jimenez conducted an unannounced inspection at the facility for the purpose of reviewing a Plan of Correction (POC). LPA met with Licensee, Romelia Espinoza and a census was taken. LPA observed that Licensee corrected all items addressed from inspection conducted on 03/21/2025. LPA reviewed 6 children\342\200\231s records files and observed files were complete with emergency information as required. LPA also reviewed licensee\342\200\231s and assistant\342\200\231s CPR/First Aid certification cards with an expiration date of 12/2025. Licensee has met requirements to satisfy the Plan of Correction. Deficiency has been cleared today. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with licensee, Romelia Espinoza. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited. Licensee Romelia Espinoza was provided appeal rights. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
