On June 3, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Deborah Khashe conducted a case management inspection to verify corrections of deficiencies cited on 4/30/2025. LPA observed 11 children supervised by 3 teachers. LPA toured the facility and reviewed records. On 4/30/2025, facility was cited two Type A deficiencies one deficiency for child staff ratio and the other for Personal Rights. Teacher-Child Ratio’s were met and Facility Representative, Brian Winnick has spoken with the childcare staff regarding Personal Rights of children. LPA reviewed children’s records and observed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9227) signed by parents in children’s files. In the areas that were evaluated today, no deficiencies were observed. An exit interview was conducted, and Notice of Site Visit was posted by LPA and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
