Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

During the investigation, LPA Khashe read email exchanges between the complainant and Ali Cardoza that admit to a teacher making a mistake and that the child in question went home in a condition that was unacceptable by Safari’s standards, policies or level of care. Based on corroborating information from interviews conducted, there is a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did occur at the facility. Therefore, the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED.
