On 4/8/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sarah Tibbett and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Bettina Engelman, met with Director, Ali Cardoza, to deliver the findings of the complaint investigation regarding the above allegation. During the course of the investigation, LPA Tibbett conducted interviews and obtained information pertaining to the allegations. It was alleged that staff failed to supervise children which resulted in a child inappropriately exposing themselves to another child, it is unknown who was involved and when the incident allegedly occurred. The child involved has not been at the center for over 3 years. Based on the conflicting information obtained, the above allegations could not be substantiated or dismissed. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the findings are UNSUBSTANTIATED. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
