What the inspector wrote

On 06/24/2021, at 10:22 Licensing Program Analyst, (LPA) Jill Laxo conducted an unannounced annual inspection and met with Director Debbie Keegan. The center was toured inside and out. There were 14 staff members supervising 63 children.Six classrooms are being used for the summer program. Bathrooms were in safe and sanitary condition and free of hazards. Classrooms were adequately equipped with age and size appropriate furniture and equipment was in good condition. The preschool does not provide snacks or lunch. Disinfectants and cleaning supplies were not accessible to children. Drinking water was readily available both indoors and out. Playground was enclosed with equipment in safe condition including cushioning material and was free of hazards. There were no bodies of water. Director stated there are no guns nor ammunition on the premises. Personnel records were viewed and contained documents for education, AB 1207, CPR/First Aid expires 01/25/22, and criminal background clearance. Children files were randomly reviewed and contained Personal Rights and Parents Rights notifications, and immunization records, also contained authorized representative contact information. All required licensing forms are posted in a prominent location. Facility follows the Covid-19 guidelines for child care centers. Continue on 809 C. This facility provides Incidental Medical Services \342\200\223 IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children\342\200\231s, personnel, and administrative records.
